We’re going to make the clubs you purchase from TheGolfCoastOnline.com the right clubs for you.
One of the great unknowns when buying golf clubs—or anything, really—online is whether what you see in glowing color on the screen is going to live up to your expectations when you take it out of the box.
Relax. You’ve got a Mulligan coming with TheGolfCoastOnline.com’s easy exchange policy.
TheGolfCoastOnline.com offers you the opportunity to change your mind within 30 days of original shipment.
Wish you had opted for that upgrade shaft? Wish that you’d Spine & FLO’d your clubs after all? Wish that you’d just gotten something completely different from what you did? Send us back your original purchase and we will give you full store credit towards the purchase of the club of your dreams.
You are only responsible for paying shipping and any upgrades for which you might opt. We’ll cover all the labor, and give you full credit for your return.
The fine print:
1) Buyer is responsible for freight costs to and from our facilities on any exchanges. Shipping costs are not refundable. If there was a mistake on our end then we will cover any freight costs involved in making certain that we get it right.
2) Buyer must contact us prior to shipping the package to us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Our Toll Free Customer Service Number is 1-800 465-3767 (Mon-Sat, 9am – 6 pm PST).
We require this so that we might better understand the issues the customer is facing before we receive the package back. Oft times there are issues that can be addressed without the expense of freight. In those cases where it is required to send the goods back, we will already have notes on the problem and can expedite the exchange and get the customer back on the course fast! Please print the RAN on the exterior of the return package conspicuously with a marker in several locations (so that if the courier inadvertently covers one with a label then it is still visible elsewhere).

3) In order to maintain extremely competitive pricing, this return policy does not apply to custom or upgraded orders. Custom, upgraded or component orders may be returned for store credit only if new and un-hit. These orders may, at our discretion, be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4) All sales on Club Glove and other head covers are final except in the case of manufacturing defects. Head Covers are a little bit like second-hand underwear, in that there’s little that we can do with them once they’ve been used.
